WHERE DO THE CLOTHES I DONATE GO?
The clothes you donate are sorted, the ones that are fit to be worn are donated to the needy and the rest are up-cycled into essentials like blankets or sent for open loop recycling.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH CLOTHES THAT CAN’T BE DONATED DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS OR POOR CONDITION?
Clothes that are not fit to be worn or up-cycled can be deposited at your nearest Dry Waste Collection Centre. These centres may further send the clothes for recycling and will ensure safe and proper disposal of all textile waste.
WHAT IS THE MONEY DONATED USED FOR?
The money we receive from donations is used to buy up-cycled items like blankets from unemployed women. Your money will help them earn their livelihood. The goods that are bought will be then donated to homeless people. Essentially, your donation helps two people at once.
